1/2 cup fresh or frozen chopped Mango

1/2 cup fresh or frozen chopped pineapple

1/2 cup unsweetened orange juice

2-3 frozen bananas

1 cup chopped strawberries

1/2 cup raspberries

Puree and serve.  For a healthier smoothie try adding 1 or more of the following: 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach, grated carrots and/or 1 peeled and chopped avocado.  If your smoothie is too thick add more juice or some milk.  If your smoothie is too thin you can add a Tbsp or 2 of instant rolled oats.  If all of your fruit is fresh you can add crushed ice to your smoothie for a cooler treat.  To add protein to a breakfast smoothie add 1 tbsp nut butter (almond, peanut etc.) or ground nuts.

 Week 6

Lemon Ginger Iced Tea

Brew two cups of lemon ginger herbal tea, letting it sit until it is quite strong.  Poor the tea into your juice pitcher and add 1/4 of a cup of liquid honey, and 1/4 cup of lemon juice.  Stir to combine.  Fill the jug with ice, and then add cold water over the ice.  Serve and enjoy.
